Social Proof

Happy Monday Ladies!!  Today we are discussing our social wellness and possible ways it can affect our everyday lives, from a healthy place

Proverbs 27:17, says Iron Sharpens Iron.  So A Friend Sharpens A Friend.

It is important in life that we surround ourselves with those that will see our potential and cause us to go higher.  Greatness lies within everyone, but one of many differences between those that achieve it and those that do not, is our ability to surround ourselves with like-minded people.

When we talk about social wellness, according to University of California, Riverside, it refers to one’s ability to interact with people around them. It involves using good communications skills, having meaningful relationships, respecting yourself and others, and creating a support system that includes family members and friends.

It further says, it is better to contribute to the common welfare of our community than to think only of ourselves.  And to live in harmony with others and our environment than to live in conflict with them.

If you are a person engaged in the process of social wellness, you see the value in living in harmony with your fellow human beings, seeking positive, interdependent relationships with others, and developing healthy behaviors. This is considered one of the pathways to successful social wellness.
